1 General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the whin bd platform and all its services. By accessing whinbd.app or any associated mobile application, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Whin bd is an internationally licensed online betting platform. These terms have been prepared in Bengali with Bangladeshi bettors in mind. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open an account with whin bd, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your country.
• Mobile number verification is required after registration.
• A national ID card or other valid proof of identity may be required for verification.

After registration is complete, whin bd may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• We recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Sharing or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.

Whin bd will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Whin bd supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to bKash).
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on whin bd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, whin bd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• For in-play betting, official results are final in the event of delayed outcomes.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, the bet will be settled based on the remaining legs.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Whin bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once.
• You can place bets using your bonus balance, but it cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirement: typically 3x to 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
• Bonus abuse and claiming bonuses from multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Whin bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on whin bd:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploiting platform systems.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Whin bd may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity has been detected.
• The member has submitted a request to close their own account.
• Requesting self-exclusion under responsible gaming.

In the event of an account suspension, the member will be notified via email or SMS and will have the option to appeal. Any valid balance will be refunded subject to verification.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is used solely for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.
• Documents collected for KYC verification are stored on secure servers.
• You may request deletion of your data (except where retention is required by law).

10 Limitation of Liability

Whin bd is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Account compromise resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Unexpected system downtime or scheduled maintenance.

However, if a member suffers direct financial loss due to a technical issue, whin bd will conduct a proper investigation and consider appropriate compensation.

11 Changes to Terms

Whin bd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of the last change will be noted at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any changes, you may request account closure and receive your remaining valid balance.
